So yummy and so glad is close to my house. We did wait for a while when the restaurant wasn't even full but was worth it. I got the little bacon cheeseburger all the way and it was just perfect, tasted homemade and the amount of fries was insane we could all share. So many fountain drinks flavors and the place was fairly clean!! Loved it!!

I love this place and so does my little one I had the double patty bacon chesseburger...it was delish. I'm also a big fan of the Cajun fries. The workers are friendly.

This is a great Five Guys!! The Five Guys in Arch Creek is always exceptionally clean when I visit. The fact that it is so large you always feel like you have lots of privacy. The food is cooked really well and the prep area always clean as well. I have stopped visiting plenty of other places due to cleanliness and love not having a problem here. The employees really make this five guys special. They are nice and helpful and even remember your name. Always a big smile. The manager Jason G is top notch and I can tell how well he works with his employees. They are a real team and I credit him a lot for the reason I continue to visit. I will say if your looking for some great food for lunch this is the place!! I order the same meal every time I visit so I never have a issue with anything. I remember one occasion my meal was not perfect and the manager on duty genuinely apologized and fixed my order really fast. I highly recommend this Five Guys location.

Hamburgers are pretty good. The only thing I would have to complain about is the wait for takeout. I hate having to wait whenever I order takeout. I feel like it should be ready when I get there I shouldn't have to wait another 10 minutes.

Love a place that does something simple and does it right. Five guys does burgers and fries and that's it, but there is nothing wrong with that. Read all the accolades they have posted on their walls and you can identify with at least one. Mine, "the best $5 burger a man can eat" from GQ magazine. This is burger the way is meant to be. Sweet, soft buns, meat and whatever you want in it. No fancy cheese or super ingredients, no need to pay $12 or $15 for what these people do so well for $5.

So far always a safe bet, it's fine. Not giving it four stars, b/c it's just a very straight forward place. But, when your done ordering - your like, I just spend how much for a burger and fries...

The burgers are amazing but I did not like this location. The entire restaurant was filled with smoke and you walk out smelling like burgers. I like the Aventura location much better.

I've written elsewhere what I think of the Five Guys chain. Because it's a typical chain restaurant, there is zero flexibility or creativity allowed by corporate headquarters. I get it that for those raised on McWendyKing hamburgers, this place is heaven. There *are* all the fun toppings that one can mix and match. The downside: The cooking and packaging of the fresh-cut fries tends to leave them limp, which is a shame. If you're dining in the restaurant, your order is presented to you in a paper bag. What? No tray or placemats? Nope. You have a seat, open the bag, and discover it's filled with loose fries, steaming away. Where's the burger? Oh, it's buried under the fries. So if you take out the fries.... wait, there's no tray or placemat. Dig under the fries and pull out the wrapped burger, place on bare table top. Tear open bag, and eat off of bag and burger wrapping. Hmm, the burger roll seems soggy already, from being wrapped tightly when it comes off the grill. I wonder if I should bring my own tray and plates? The standard cheeseburger, with an order of fries and a regular soda will run you $12.17. This isn't enough for them to supply trays and placemats? The smallish burger is well done, albeit juicy (well, probably greasey), and the fries are tasty, although usually limp. I do like that malt vinegar is available for fry dipping. One item I go out of my way to get here is the kosher-style, all-beef, grilled hot dog. It's a decent size, and is available with a bunch of unlimited toppings, just like the burgers, for $3.49. I know that Dogma Grill down US-1 is mostly better, but I can't face sitting outdoors in the summer heat in business clothes! What's different about this Five Guys? First, there's plenty of parking, for free. Second, it's a little larger than some others, and always seems to have free tables. Third, the staff is pretty friendly. Psssst! theresasmashburgeronemilenorthonUS1

The patrons are friendly & the establishment is clean. they're fries are crisp and the burgers are really tasty especially with extra hot sauce. i just wish the bread wasn't so soggy. even without the extra sauce and a few more minutes on the grill, my bun is pretty much gone whenever i open the foil :-/

Best five guys experience EVER. The staff was super-nice and we got our food in no time. The place is clean, and well kept. A staff member even passed by our table while we were eating, greeted us, and asked if he could get us anything. That kind of stuff is unheard of these days! Good job guys, keep up the good work.

I typically go to Five guys a couple times a month. It's close to my store and I can't say I've ever had a bad burger or fries from this place. Usually I order ahead so that when I arrive I can grab my burger and eat do to my time being limited. All the staff are friendly and seem to actually care about where they work. The restaurant is always clean and the food is always fresh. I would rate this Five Guys (5 stars) except the last couple of times I've gone here to eat, Today being one of them, they have made my order wrong and had to remake my burger. I don't have a problem with them correcting the issue, but when my time is limited, unfortunately I don't have 25 min to sit around while they make me another burger. Other than that the prices are reasonable and the burgers are great! I usually order a double patty cheeseburger and stack it up with all the free "extras" they offer. This with a small fry is enough to fill me up until dinner time.

Very tasty! My only issue is that they don't allow you to cook your burger the way you want it. I hate dry well done meat but hey. Other than that, delish with lots of condiments!

All five guys are overrated this one no different. I just don't get the rave there are so many better burger joints that have bigger juicier to order burgers at may a little more cost. I have a gift cards I'm using it. I'm not saying the burgers are bad just not the hype people make it.

Very consistent service and food. I actually don't eat burgers, but love the grilled cheese. I come here every so often when I need a fix. Stop your whining about what Five Guys is not. I love Five Guys. I've been to many of them. I also love In 'N Out, Wendy's, Vega's, and Jefe's. They're all different, just as a steak from Ruth's Chris is different than a steak from Morton's. So if you are an actual burger lover, you like different burger joints for their unique take on burger art. They're all different but delicious. Okay- now on to review. I've been here numerous times. Too many to count. The service at this location is always friendly, but is not fast. They're making my food fresh. That's how I like it. The burgers are succulent and life affirming. Okay I'm kidding about that last part. (Not really. I'm a huge burger fan! To me most quality burgers are life affirming. Ahh, life's simple pleasures.) The fries are plentiful and delicious and to the DUDE WHO DOESN'T GET IT, the fries are supposed to fill the bag. It's like finding extra chocolate waiting for you at the bottom of a cup of hot chocolate. One of the things I really appreciate are the fresh and varied condiments. It is great to be able to tailor my burger to my mood. Crispy lettuce, thick and delicious tomatoes, zesty onions, savory bacon and more. Can't do that everywhere without a substantial up charge. Always satisfied. My only complaint is that their music at this location is so loud you can hardly have a conversation. I love music but it's stupid loud here.

This place has been there for a while now. 5 Guys is always busy, not crazy busy but there are always folks in there. The problem if you really like burgers is that all their burgers are "well done". Not sure if they are making a play on words like they think they do a well done job of making them but burnt dry patties are not my idea of a good burger. 5 guys also dresses the burgers up nicely and with some mayo and mustard you can eat them fairly easily. The meat is decent quality, they have good fries although you are forced to do something weird with the bag they come in and I almost wish they would give you a plate so you can eat them with ketchup like a civilized person. Plenty of space in there, always seems clean, but as others mention, you order a good size burger, french fries and a drink, you end up spending like $12. For that kind of money you would be far better served going to Vega's Burger Bar over on 125th around the corner form here. I have a lengthy review of that place which you are welcome to read but Vega's has a better quality burger, cooked to order, better fries or as good IMO, and they have an entire line of craft beer if you want to go that way. So it's hard to get excited about a fast food burger joint charging restaurant level prices. Vega's starts at around $7-$8 and you can order to go so I feel like they are worth comparing. I'm not sure I understand the appeal of this place.
